1.Balance vertical
Targeted areas: arms, thighs, shoulders, back
Accessories: Weight or medicinal ball (two to five pounds)
For this exercise, you only need one free weights or a ball medicinal. Sit upright with your feet placed into an opening a little wider than shoulders. Take the weight or ball in your hands and place your arms above your head. 2. Floor lift

Sit on the floor, feet flat on the ground, so that your legs form a 90 degree angle with your thighs. Please support your arms by placing them behind you and the palms of your hands to your back. Lift your buttocks a few inches and hold position throughout the year. Straighten your right leg, then point it up. Get it then to the ground while keeping it right. Reassemble it up again. Bend your leg and resubmit your foot on the ground as in the start position. Then do the same with the left leg. Repeat the sequence twice, alternating the left leg and right leg in with 10 repetitions for each leg.
